My New Moon review. Check it out, or Aro will find you. :)

okay so i didnt feel like doing a video, but this is just as fine. ** WARNING- CONTAINS SPOILERS ! **

- the beginning was confusing , and i wasnt sure what was happening, until it revealed that granny=Bella. (I forgot that part in the book)

-Charlie, was funny as always :D

- Edward was perfect, with his "painful" expressions, and his mind-reading.

-Alice, with her graceful entrances. I mean, how many people in YOUR school can do that ?

- the birthday scene, (duh) was perfect. the whole fight with jasper and edward. when all the cullens saw the blood and just growled, that was pretty creeepy. i thought she was a gonerr!

-the goodbye scene, was so saddd :(

- the part where she sat in the chair as the months went by : eh, could have been more creative. i think it should have shown her life, like going through school alone, and eating alone, and driving alone, instead of just sitting in a chair for 3 months.

- all the nightmarish screams were great, and realistic

- the part where she gets on that guys motorcycle ?? wtf was that !? terrriblee

-motorcycle with jake was amazing ! oh blood ? let me take off my shirt :p

-laurent, creepy much!? but the werewolfs taking him down were speechless  . :D

-movies with mike = HILARIOUS. jacob is so adorable <3

-i love jacob's whole "iloveyou" one day, and "stay away from me" the next. rejection after rejection, bella. hahahaa

- when she slaps (paul, i think?) and he transforms RIGHT in front of her. i LOVED that, and how jake came to her rescue and that awesome graphicness.

- when she sees emily, that was JUST how i imagined in the book . score for chris weitzz !

-when victoria was about to kill charlie, but mr. clearwater was about to shoot her, then victoria was strangling him, then the wolves attacked HER. It was like bam, bam, bam, but then he died which was so sadd :(

-bella cliff diving was freaky ! and when victoria was there, it was like score 456 for bella near-death experiences.

-when alice came back and then jacob came in  to check on her and she was like " i thought you said you couldnt defend me on this territory" and he said " i guess i just don't care" . that was THE sweetest thing ever.

-the call from edward, HOTTNESS MUCH !?!!?  and the vision from alice freaked me out.

- i hated bella SO much when she was like GOODBYE jacob and totally left him in the dust to go for edward. like, she should have been a little bit nicer !?

-the porsche/ grandtheftauto = team alice FTW

- the chase to save edward , can she RUN any slower !?

- edward's shirtlessness and his little vampire *strut* was.... WHOA.

- the reunion <3333333

- the volturi COULDNT have been ANY greater.!

-jane was freaky. and scary. dakota did beyond fantastic.

- the elevator scene.... awkward ....

-the volturi meeting bella and aro was officially the. creepiest.character. ever.

- edward in pain, and bella in none was pretty ironic, but i hates seeing edward like that </3

-the fight between edward and marcus, was INTENSE. i loved how he healed in like 2 seconds.

- when aro took like 56456 years to marvel over how bella would sacrifice herself for edward, a vampire, i was like COME ON ALREADY!

- alice, saving the day like always, :)

- the dream of edward and bella running was cheesy, and i wish they would have shown renesmee! bella wasnt as "gorgeous and flawless" as i expected. i think they just ruined breaking dawn by doing that.

-when they were leaving, and i saw the humans go into the room, and you hear screams , that was so sad. there were KIDS there! ;(

- the vote at the cullens, alice: so sweet! , jasper: "yeah, its be nice not to want to kill you all the time" LMAO., rose: wow. she actually was really nice. i think i might like her now? , emmett: hahahaha. definition of monkeyman., esme: shes so cute (:, and carlisle: gorgegous.

- the confrontation of jake and edward at the end, was pretty intense. i loved how bella stepped in and saved them. score 1 for her. when she said "dont make me choose, cause itll be him. its always been him (referring to Edward), i wanted to SLAP her . score negative 453456546456 points for her. how could she say that to jacob, after he basically risked his life/his tribe/ and so much more for her ?

- the end was eh, okay. could have been better. my whole theater started screamingg, including me. whatever, eclipse is out in JUNE !! <3 cant wait.

 * so all in all , new moon was fantastic, everyone did a bgreat job, it got huge reviews and broke records! i think that many of the actors will definitely be winning some major awards (taylor lautner!) congrats to chris weitz , and all the cast & crew. beautiful :)

what did you guys think ! comment? <3

NEW MOON BREAKS ALL TIME RECORD !!!!!!!

New Moon has burst right out of the gates with a whopping take of $26 million in the US, just for Thursday night’s midnight showing.  That is the record intake for a midnight film. EVER!

Summit has announced that The Twilight Saga: New Moon has officially set a new all-time midnight box office record, taking in $26.27M from 3514 theaters.

This shatters The Dark Knight’s $18.4M midnight debut for a 3-day weekend. It also easily surpasses the all-time record for midnight showings which was held by Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which took in $22.2M on a Tuesday night on its way to a 5-day weekend total of $158M. The Dark Knight went on to take in $67.17M that opening day, dropped 29.1% from Friday to Saturday to bring in another $47.65M, and ended with $43.6M on Sunday for an opening weekend total of $158.4M.

You havent lived until you've seen New Moon. !

okay, so new moon was probably the highlight of my YEAR. it was honestly, amazing. for all you team edward fans, don't try TO deny it's awesomeness. so, anyways it was great, graphics were epic, and it got great reviews. i made a video reviewing it, but it wont upload :( the theater was packed ! haha . GUESS WHAT !? there are ALREADY posters up for eclipse, 2010. wow, im loving this. so the movie followed the book, perfectly. It included the Victoria chase, the killing of Laurent, the fight between the wolves, transformations, the cliff dive, the adrenaline junkie "dangers", Volturi, SHIRTLESS SCENES ! :D (eeeek! ) and so much more. i LOVED it.

Taylor Lautner was loyal to his wolfpack at the New York premiere of New Moon on Thursday night. Asked if vampires or werewolves were sexier, Lautner told EW: “That’s a hard question. They’re sexier in different ways. But, I mean, I’ll stay true to the pack. I’ll go werewolf.” Score one for Team Jacob.

Lautner — and his co-stars including Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz — continued the promotional whirlwind for New Moon at a Big Apple screening hosted by The Cinema Society and D&G. The stars might have been relieved that the New York event didn’t reach the fan frenzy of the Los Angeles premiere on Monday night — this low-key event was under the radar of most Twihards, attracting about 100 fans who stood patiently in the drizzling rain on Houston Street at the Landmark Sunshine Cinema. Notable audience members included Natalie Portman, Gossip Girl’s Jessica Szohr and Taylor Momsen, Howard Stern, Agyness Deyn, and Patrick Wilson.

Lautner told us that he was happy to see Jacob’s role expanded in the sequel. “It was really exciting for me that Jacob has the opportunity to develop his relationship with Bella in this movie,” he said. “Really it’s setting up this entire series, which is this love triangle. So it was great to have them develop their relationship.” That also meant more bonding time on the New Moon set with Kristen Stewart. “Kristen and I have a very similar relationship to Jacob and Bella. We’re very open and honest with each other, we can tell each other things.”

The pair probably won’t be sharing a row in your local cinema on Friday, though. Stewart was asked if she would be checking out release-day frenzy at a theater. “No!,” she said emphatically. But she did sound appreciative of all the attention directed at her character, Bella. “I think Bella is a really good role model. To be able to play her is just a serious honor.”

Robert Pattinson had a guy’s guy approach when asked about how he chooses which suits to wear to his appearances. “I don’t know, I just see which one fits and see which one looks alright I guess,” the unshaven actor said.

Director Chris Weitz joked that he had a hard time with the paparazzi. “They’re after me all the time. They just want pictures of me holding Rob’s hand,” he said with a laugh.

On a more serious note, it sounded like the director has had his fill of vampires for a while. “I think I’m all out of vampire at the moment so I haven’t been approached with other vampire movies. Everyone out there is welcome to not approach me with more vampire movies,” Weitz told EW.

Ma and Pa Cullen also spoke to us about how New Moon is a much different film than Twilight. “Twilight was like a 30-35 million dollar movie which is not cheap. But for sure, it feels a little more studio-based, this movie. It feels a little crisper, a little more epic,” Peter Facinelli (Dr. Carlisle Cullen) said. “I liked the intimate feel of [Twilight] but I think that for New Moon this works better…Chris Weitz did a fantastic job with the special effects.”

Elizabeth Reaser (Esme Cullen) agreed there was a “huge difference” between Twilight and New Moon. “I thought the first one was kind of big and crazy, and this is just different. It’s a whole other level.” – Reporting by Jean Bentley

ANDDDDDD,.

No surprise here: Twilight fans are salivating in preparation to sink their teeth into the franchise’s much-anticipated sequel, New Moon. The film, which will be in theaters Friday, is already attracting record audiences for ticket sellers and venues across the country.

According to Fandango, who notes that their numbers are increasing every second, several thousand New Moon showtimes have sold out, making it the most the company has ever sold prior to a film’s release date. (And, yes, that means the film has even topped The Dark Knight, and movies from both the Harry Potter and Star Wars franchises.) AMC and MovieTickets.com report the same information. Both the movie chain and the online ticket buying service have said the film has broken records set by Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. (New Moon even nabbed the No. 1 spot on MovieTickets.com’s list of top 10 advance ticket sellers of all time, breaking a nearly five-year-old record set by Star Wars: Episode III—Revenge of the Sith. The service is also reporting over 2,150 sellouts for the film, with over 200 in Los Angeles and New York.)

“You could say that Edward and Jacob slayed The Dark Knight and put a spell on Harry Potter to take the advance ticketing crown at Fandango,” says Fandango rep Harry Medved, who also says that 42 percent of 2,000 ticket buyers surveyed are younger than 24 years old. “Theater owners are continually adding new showtimes and posting them to keep up with fan demand.”

So why have the numbers grown so much since the first film? Obviously, the tabloid fodder surrounding its three stars — Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner—surely hasn’t hurt matters. But the first film also drove 55 percent of Fandango’s surveyed ticket buyers to read Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series. Add to that the fact that most of the film’s audience is young and female — MovieTickets.com reports that 87 percent of their ticket buyers are female — and it’s no surprise that the sequel is beating its predecessor.

Hoping to profit even further over the fervor, AMC is planning on offering New Moon collector’s cups, as well as T-shirts, tote bags, and posters at their cinemas. The fans, however, might not need any additional garb. According to Fandango, ten percent of fans plan on dressing up as characters from the film. And if you’re one of the lucky few who have scored Thursday night tickets — the majority of tickets sold on Fandango — be sure to cover your ears: The company says their stats show 51 percent of fans say they’re prepared to scream as soon as lights go down in the theater. Does that mean we’ll be deaf by the time we get to Eclipse? - ADM

Twilight’s memorable prom scene was shot at the View Point Inn in Oregon, but the owners are going to sell the property as they can’t keep up with the costs of restoration.

KPTV has the story, where the owners give the government of Oregon a tongue-lashing for failing to woo the crew of the Twilight sequels back to Oregon. New Moon and Eclipse are going to be filmed in Vancouver, BC.

Robert Pattinson’s co-stars from Harry Potter, Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton, are happy for him. At at a press conference, Radcliffe said: “I won’t pretend we’re best mates or knew each other really well but we really enjoyed working with each other, or at least I enjoyed working with him! He’s doing brilliantly, which is fantastic.
